About this product
A 5kWh lithium unit at 51V, with the battery management system built in — cell balancing, temperature monitoring and over-discharge protection are handled inside the battery rather than by a separate controller.
In practice a single 5kWh unit carries a household's evening and overnight load: lighting, a fridge, a television, laptops and phones, plus a pump cycling occasionally. It will not carry an electric shower, a cooker or an immersion heater, which draw several kilowatts continuously and are far better left on the grid or shifted to run on daytime solar.
Units can be paralleled where more storage is needed. Confirm the inverter's DC bus voltage matches before ordering, and plan a ventilated mounting position out of direct sun — battery life is more sensitive to temperature than to almost anything else you control.

Installation and warranty
Supplied with the manufacturer's warranty. Installation is carried out by EPRA-certified technicians; Kenyan regulation requires licensed personnel for solar electrical work, and equipment warranties are generally conditional on competent installation.
